Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a fatal immune-mediated disease triggered by infection with a feline coronavirus. It cause vasculitis and/or granulomatous changes. Leading to ascites and CNS change. The Bioguard Peritonitis Detection Kit can differentiate a transudate from an exudate. It is fast, simple and reliable to detect or exclude a peritonitis infection in cats.

Specimen: Ascites, pleural effusion
Target: Protein, fibrinogen and inflammatory mediators in effusions.

Store in a dry place at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. If stored in the refrigerator, return to room temperature before use. DO NOT FREEZE.
