1. How do I look after my drencher?
Immediately after using your drencher we recommend flushing the drencher thoroughly with warm, clean water and re-lubricate with olive oil or any food grade vegetable oil.
2. How do I sterilise my drencher?
To sterilise your drencher please only use a cold water sterilant.
3. The plunger on my drencher appears stuck?
The valves may be stuck due to a particular product, left-over product that has crystalised or other blockage. While your drencher is submersed under water, block one end and squeeze. For products that appear to cause the drencher to stick, we recommend regularly shaking the product. After use, always flush the drencher thoroughly with warm, clean water. If you are still experiencing problems please contact the retailer you purchased your product from regarding further advice or returns.
4. My drencher is not refilling?
We advise you to check the bottle/pack or tubing is attached correctly. Then disconnect the bottle/pack or tube and flush the valves of any possible contaminants by submerging under warm water and pumping vigorously. If you are still experiencing problems please contact the retailer you purchased your product from regarding further advice or returns.
5. How do I set the dose on my variable drencher?
To set the dose on your drencher turn the volume control until the front face of plunger is in line with the required calibration. Do not measure from the O ring.
