1. How do I look after my pour-on?
Immediately after using your pour-on we recommend flushing the fan spray thoroughly with warm, clean water and re-lubricate with olive oil or any food grade vegetable oil.
2. How do I sterilise my pour-on?
To sterilise your pour-onplease only use a cold water sterilant.
3. The plunger on my pour-on appears stuck?
The valves may be stuck due to a particular product, left-over product that has crystalised or other blockage. While your pour-on is submersed under water, block one end and squeeze. For products that appear to cause the pour-on to stick, we recommend regularly shaking the product. After use, always flush the pour-onthoroughly with warm, clean water. If you are still experiencing problems please contact the retailer you purchased your product from regarding further advice or returns.
4. My pour-on is not refilling?
We advise you to check the bottle/pack or tubing is attached correctly. Then disconnect the bottle/pack or tube and flush the valves of any possible contaminants by submerging under warm water and pumping vigorously. If you are still experiencing problems please contact the retailer you purchased your product from regarding further advice or returns.
5. How do I set the dose on my variable pour-on?
To set the dose on your pour-on turn the volume control until the front face of plunger is in line with the required calibration. Do not measure from the O ring.
